Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure enhancements and fixes in ERP applications, focusing on the delivery of complex RICE Objects (PLSQL).
- Develop queries and customized reports tailored to specific business requirements.
- Build custom workflows in various areas such as AME, PO, and others, utilizing knowledge of forms personalization.
- Utilize exposure to 3rd party integration tools such as supplier collaboration portals and/or 3PL/4PL systems for seamless integration with ERP.
- Create Interface & Conversions, Menu's, Forms, and Functions, proficient in PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, and SQL Scripts.
- Support technical and functional configuration, including table creation/extension, to enhance the use and supportability of Supply Chain and Finance modules in Oracle ERP and other touchpoint systems.
- Analyze, design, and implement integrated customized solutions to meet approved functional requirements and specifications.
- Ensure data security in each developed application, adhering to best practices and company policies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and processes.
- Facilitate testing of enhancements, fixes, patches, and upgrades to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Resolve technical issues related to code, configuration, and performance of applications in collaboration with DBAs, system administrators, and functional teams.
- Diagnose production issues, identifying and implementing fixes in coordination with relevant teams.
- Design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain technical objects within the Oracle applications production environment, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and custom application extensions.
- Create process flows, high-level functional, and detailed technical design specifications based on business requirements.
- Provide customer support for business-critical application problems and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Assist with testing and deployment of Release Update Pack and other module upgrades to maintain the application release level current.
- Proactively engage with vendor support through service requests as needed.
- Coordinate work efforts with DBA and middleware teams for application change controls and system performance optimization.
- Provide support to System Administrators regarding custom responsibilities, security profiles, menus, and user account provisioning.
- Collaborate effectively with business analysts and application super users to successfully complete projects and deliver optimal solutions.
Mandatory Qualification Experience and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ of related experience with applicable certifications.Strong teamwork, time management, and multitasking skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Arabic fluency a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
