- The applicant must have Master & Doctorate in Mass Communication with regular study, and from one of the most prestigious international universities recognized by the Community College.
- The applicant must have at least five years of experience in Teaching at the university level or Higher education.
- The applicant must pass the criteria for selection approved in the Community College, including conducting a personal interview or any other approved tests.
