Job Description
- Develop and deploy upgrade and migration plans for existing systems; primarily Argos enterprise.
- Fix application and system problems, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on.
- Analyze requirements, create technical specifications and provide design recommendations for new and existing application.
- Ensure security and quality compliance and monitor continuous business improvements.
- Provide guidance for all complex resolutions, revival and root cause assessment.
- Support the planning, implementation and upgrade of new and existing application including CRM Advise. Provide IT support on all levels as requested and assigned by management.
- Develop and maintain up to date documentations that describe the use and standard operation procedures of your domains including systems, applications, maintenance and support services.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training with teams and colleagues as requested.
