Oracle SCM Functional Analyst

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting implemented and future implementations of Oracle SCM, sourcing and inventory modules.
  • Identifying, and writing business requirements and follow Oracle Unified Methodology.
  • Supporting of all Procure-to-Pay stages of the SCM including PR submission, procurement processes, RFQ, tendering, awarding, issuing PO has, items receipts, returns processes, etc.
  • Assisting users in navigation to the desired functionality.
  • Supporting users in identifying the correct reports to run for various requirements.
  • On demand maintenance of front-end system inputs / value-sets (E.g. Key Flex fields, DFFs, Value Sets).
  • Raising SR/TAR with Oracle Metal ink for any functional issues noticed during day-to-day operations.
  • Resolving any functional issues, which may arise in Oracle e-Business Suite, and providing the necessary knowledge transfer to business and technical staff.
  • Helping end users to validate accounting mismatch and advising to staff.
  • Supporting Small configuration changes like Approvals, and personalization.
  • Updating the exiting ERP documentations and aligning with current business scenarios.
  • Performing on demand health checks.
  • Performing training to the business users.
  • Trouble-shooting and resolving issues resulting from system configuration activities.
  • Documenting functional requirements and use cases for custom development items.
  • Including data conversions, interfaces, reports, forms, etc.
  • Facilitating test script development and execution for assigned work stream(s).
  • Communicating effectively at all levels with business users.
  • Managing assigned day-to-day support activities and development of work products and deliverables
  • Following CCQ Change management policies and procedures to help increase user adoption of the ERP solution.
  • Develops and executes system test plans. Conducts and documents rigorous quality assurance testing processes for all production deliverables. Tests and validates patches/upgrades/new processes.
  • Other roles and responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor/management.

Arabic Job Description

  •   Minimum Bachelor degree in IT or other relevant disciplines with 7+ years of work experience.
  • Relevant specialized certifications where applicable.
  • Able to work as part of team, but also independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and oral.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
