ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The role requires Configuring enhancements and fixes in ERP applications, including delivery of complex RICE Objects (PLSQL).
- Developing queries and customized reports.
- Building custom workflows in various areas such as AME, PO and others knowledge of forms personalization.
- Exposure to 3rd party integration tools such as a supplier collaboration portal and/or a 3PL/4PL system is a major plus
- Creating Interface & Conversions, Menu's, Forms and Functions and good in PL/SQL Packages, Procedures and SQL Scripts.
- Supporting technical and functional configuration, including table creation/extension to
- Support enhanced use and supportability of the Supply chain and finance modules on Oracle ERP as well as other touch point systems.
- Analyzing, designing, and implementing integrated customized solutions to meet approved functional requirements and specifications.
- Ensuring data security into each developed application.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Facilitating testing of enhancements, fixes, patches and upgrades.
- Resolving technical issues related to the code, configuration and performance of the applications.
- Diagnosing production issues, identifying and implementing fixes in collaboration with DBAs, system administrators, and functional team.
- Design, develop, deploy, test and maintain technical objects that exist in Oracle applications production environment, e.g., reports, interfaces, conversions and custom applications extensions.
- Create process flows, high-level functional and detailed technical design specifications from business requirements.
- Provide customer support for business critical application problems and issues.
- Assist with testing and deployment of Release Update Pack and other module upgrades to keep application release level current.
- Proactively work through service requests with vendor support as needed.
- Coordinate work efforts with the DBA and middleware teams for application change controls and system performance issues.
- Provide support to System Administrators relating to custom responsibilities, security profiles, menus, and user account provisioning.
- Collaborate with business analysts and application super users to successfully complete projects.
- Other roles and responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
Arabic Job Description
- Minimum Bachelor degree in IT or other related disciplines with 7+ years of work experience.
- Relevant specialized certifications where applicable.
- Able to work as part of team, but also independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communications skills both written and oral.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
