Duties and Responsibilities:
Configure enhancements and fixes in ERP applications, focusing on the delivery of complex RICE Objects (PLSQL).
Develop queries and customized reports tailored to specific business requirements.
Build custom workflows in various areas such as AME, PO, and others, utilizing knowledge of forms personalization.
Utilize exposure to 3rd party integration tools such as supplier collaboration portals and/or 3PL/4PL systems for seamless integration with ERP.
Create Interface & Conversions, Menu's, Forms, and Functions, proficient in PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, and SQL Scripts.
Support technical and functional configuration, including table creation/extension, to enhance the use and supportability of Supply Chain and Finance modules in Oracle ERP and other touchpoint systems.
Analyze, design, and implement integrated customized solutions to meet approved functional requirements and specifications.
Ensure data security in each developed application, adhering to best practices and company policies.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and processes.
Facilitate testing of enhancements, fixes, patches, and upgrades to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
Resolve technical issues related to code, configuration, and performance of applications in collaboration with DBAs, system administrators, and functional teams.
Diagnose production issues, identifying and implementing fixes in coordination with relevant teams.
Design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain technical objects within the Oracle applications production environment, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and custom application extensions.
Create process flows, high-level functional, and detailed technical design specifications based on business requirements.
Provide customer support for business-critical application problems and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Assist with testing and deployment of Release Update Pack and other module upgrades to maintain the application release level current.
Proactively engage with vendor support through service requests as needed.
Coordinate work efforts with DBA and middleware teams for application change controls and system performance optimization.
Provide support to System Administrators regarding custom responsibilities, security profiles, menus, and user account provisioning.
Collaborate effectively with business analysts and application super users to successfully complete projects and deliver optimal solutions.
Mandatory Qualification Experience and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Plan and design changes to infrastructure with the goal of enhancing performance.
- Design complex storage and server installation, configuration, data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations plans.
- Design and maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Design and perform complex software and operating system upgrades and track system licensing.
- Design security settings or access permissions for groups and individuals.
- Design and plan DLP Classification Standards and procedures.

- Work and liaise with business applications, vendors, consultants, contractors, and IT personnel from other organizations, divisions, and departments for the implementation of a new solution or for problem-solving.
- Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Manage, monitor, and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
- Design information and operational support systems.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for support teams.
- Participate in security management.
- Manage Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Microsoft 365, Server security
- Conduct Cloud management, preferably in MS Azure and Google Cloud.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux-based environments. (Oracle Linux/Ubuntu/CentOS/ Red hat)
- Showcase hands-on experience in installing and configuring Blade, and hyper-converged server infrastructure. (Cisco UCS / Nutanix / Dell VxRail / VMware/ HPE SimpliVity)
- Test and approve patching software for servers and clients.
- Design and manage enterprise endpoint protection system for servers and clients
- Manage and administration of Load Balancers, MS SQL, Oracle RAC, Exadata, identity management systems, and email archiving.
- Manage and administer performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, Apache)
- Design and Manage virtualization and containerization (e.g., OVM, VMware, Hyper-V, and Virtual Box)
- Showcase solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Power shell)
- Perform security best practices and ISO 27001 compliance policy and audit.
- Design and maintain all the server security infrastructure with CIS Benchmark and with other industry system security standards.
- Perform hardening of servers, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) assessment. Vulnerability scan report analyses and fixes, non-compliance remediation, Experience in Operating System (OS) Hardening, performance, and OS tuning.

The post holder will be expected to contribute to the teaching assistant of Cyber Security and Computer Forensics, and the development of the department's growing provision in cyber security. In particular, the IT Department is interested in expanding its cybersecurity teaching team in the following areas:

The role of the teaching assistant instructor also academic advising, professional development, and institutional/community service.
- Working with Instructional Developer/Designer, develops multimedia elements required for hybrid classes: (videos, videos/PowerPoint presentations/interactive activities, graphics, animation, etc.).
- Assists content experts in creating video and audio files, working on achieving the highest quality.
- Edits video and audio for inclusion in hybrid classes.
- Develops transcripts for video and audio to support accessibility.
- Working with hybrid team (developer/technician) imbeds such elements into the hybrid LSM environment.
- Combines video, audio and graphics for effective instructional videos and storyline
- Designs and produces learning materials in a variety of formats including graphics, audio, video, “animation” and multimedia to support teaching, learning, and college initiatives in collaboration with the instructional designer.

Required Skills
- 1 year of experience in producing audio and video files in an online environment.
- Excellent knowledge of integrating video, audio, and graphic files in learning management systems, especially Blackboard or in web-based environments in general.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop (Advantageous: Animate, Illustrator, Character Animator and Camtasia)
- Excellent knowledge of software and hardware necessary to support development of video, audio, and graphic files: video editing, multimedia development, interactive technology, web development.
- Should have strong on-camera skills (DSLRs, video cams etc.)

Fix application and system problems, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on.
Analyze requirements, create technical specifications and provide design recommendations for new and existing application.
- Ensure security and quality compliance and monitor continuous business improvements.
- Provide guidance for all complex resolutions, revival and root cause assessment.
Support the planning, implementation and upgrade of new and existing application including CRM Advise. Provide IT support on all levels as requested and assigned by management.
Develop and maintain up to date documentations that describe the use and standard operation procedures of your domains including systems, applications, maintenance and support services.
